04/26/2017 DB Symmetry to start on huge new Swindon park DB Symmetry is to begin developing its near 100-acre Symmetry Park in Swindon with a speculative 217,000 sq ft logistics building. The park has consent for 1.3 million sq ft of B8 (storage/distribution) space and DB Symmetry has commitments to build at a number of sites in the UK including Banbury and Bicester. Work at Symmetry Park, Bicester started this month and a deal with Aberdeen Asset Management, DB Symmetry and Barwood Capital will lead to a new Waitrose food store at Banbury.

The Oxford Artisan Distillery (TOAD) won permission in October to change the use of Grade ll listed, but unused, buildings at South Park off Cheney Lane in Headington. The buildings were most recently being used as a council depot for South Park and as well as being listed, are within the Headington Hill Conservation Area. The site falls within the boundaries
